The qualities that are needed most when you step into a leadership role are resilience & perseverance. That is because most of the times it's your peer group both before and in leadership role that you would need support from and can be difficult to get. At the same time your attitude and behavior towards them before stepping in that role also makes a difference in securing support from them. Nevertheless, it does get lonely :).
A great leader must inspire and empower others to achieve their full potential in pursuit of a common goal. Discuss.
Looking forward to it! A question I would like to ask is: "How does your leadership style adapt when you're winning compared to when facing challenges?"
Can’t wait for this. I have heard you mention the concept of being both humble but hungry. Can you explain this further?
It’s springtime and a beautiful time to clean the exterior and interior of ur home. Please think of starting a herbs or a small garden. Everyone can do their part in helping the environment

1moLooking forward to the session. Thinking about your time as Captain, how do you motivate a team, or group of people, when each individually have different levels of motivation and engagement for the task ahead?
