I'm thrilled to mark my graduation from the Salesforce Sales Excellence AE Academy Class of 2023 representing the top 10% of Salesforce Account Executives globally.
In the past year, I've worked alongside global top-talent peers in crafting my leadership journey, while also giving back my time to key peer-to-peer learning initiatives.

I feel so honored and humbled to take part this week in a 3-day pilot VP training program. I look around at the talent in taking part in this program and while I may question myself at times, I am also blown away primarily by 2 things: 1. Just how much talent there is here at SN. I find myself constantly observing and learning as this group is so talented and impressive. What an incredible networking opportunity. 2. Just how many good people are at ServiceNow. I mentioned this to the group today. Being someone who is visually impaired, I can often pick up on team dynamics quite quickly. Without going into detail about this workshop, there is a competitive piece to it. We breakout into groups and many of our tasks are time sensitive. With that in mind, I am a part of a group who has gone out of their way to ensure I have the right accommodations and support so I can fully participate. That does not always happen but I am surrounded by amazing people who have a high bar but also genuinely care. We are still super competitive but it's a reminder that how you treat people along the way still matters. This is yet another reason I regularly post about why I love this company so much. It starts with our CEO Bill McDermott who leads the way for our success but still takes moments to make sure individual people feel important. This resonates across our culture. No company is perfect but I am constantly reminded why I am so proud to be a part of this company. ServiceNow, my leaders, peers and team have made me a better leader!
I had a blast meeting with some of our ServiceNow leaders yesterday who are participating in our executive leadership development program. I’m proud of all that they’ve accomplished throughout their careers so far.. Can’t wait to see how they take our TEAM to the next level!

Last year over 25% of businesses moved from solely focussing their enablement efforts on their pre-signature teams (SDRs & AEs) to scaling this across other parts of GTM (typically Marketing, Customer Success and Account Management).
This was driven by a few factors but mostly by common sense - why wouldn't you take something that has proven impact on one part of your Revenue Org and duplicate those positive business outcomes in others?
Especially if the majority of your revenue actually comes from your post sales teams (AMs, CSMs, Expansion).
It a fair bet that the other 75% will not be far behind...
