Believe it or not, you are a thought leader in your field. You just haven't thought about it. Well, according to an article by Western Governor University that I highly recommend reading, thought leadership is the expression of ideas that demonstrate you have expertise in a particular field, area, or topic. With this in mind, if you've been in any field for some time, you have something to speak about.
