- [Instructor] In this section, we want to connect branches through DC. We call this policy branch to branch through DC. If we don't configure any policy, the default connectivity is full mesh. On Cisco SD-WAN menu, click on Monitor, then Devices. Click on vEdge1 link, and on the left bar, choose Troubleshooting. On Destination IP field, type 10.2.1.1. On VPN field, choose VPN - 1. On Source/Interface for VPN - 1, choose ge0/1 - ipv4 - 10.1.1.1, then click on the Start button. We have direct connectivity between Branch 1 and DC. Edit Destination IP field to 10.3.1.1 and click on the Start button. Branch 1 has direct connectivity to Branch 2. On Cisco SD-WAN menu, navigate to Configuration, then Policies. On Policies page, click on Add Policy button. We need to create groups of interest. Click on the Site link on the left bar. Click on New Site List link. On the Site List Name, type Branches.
