Web QA Engineer
Job Overview: The Web Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer will support the development and maintenance of the customer website and Content Management System (CMS), including enterprise templates, components, and assets. In addition, the Web QA Engineer will support optimizing organic search functionalities and enhancing digital services, web performance, and UX. The QA Engineer is responsible for creating test automation strategy, automated scripts and supporting test data and environment configuration.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of test plans.
- Create test strategy procedures, test cases, and reports for system development and enhancement projects.
- Analyze and identify application components and processes for test automation.
- Develop automation framework and components using client testing tools and programming languages.
- Identify and log testing issues and provide support during issue resolution process.
- Integrate test automation with the Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline.
- Support end-to-end testing including story testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, 508 compliance testing, and system integration testing.
- 3+ years of experience in system testing with a focus on automation testing.
- Strong experience with automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Jasmine, Cucumber, and TestComplete.
- Familiarity with similar services as PostMan used for endpoint testing.
- Experience working with engineering and DevOps engineers to design and document testing plans and requirements including Swagger documentation tool.
- Have experience configuring and implementing automation testing within CI/CD pipeline in a tool such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab Runners.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working within an Agile environment with TDD and/or BDD engineering.
- Familiarity with using code coverage tools including SonarQube or Junit
