Proposed staff shall meet the following minimum requirements
Proposed staff shall meet the following minimum requirements
- Four years web development experience using PHP, .Net, C#.
- Four years of MS SQL experience.
- Knowledge of all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle.
- Knowledge of the operational characteristics of various computer programs, software packages, and programming languages.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills including the ability to converse with technical and non-technical management and end-users.
- Ability to easily communicate with all levels of personnel and management
- Ability to self-direct, prioritize work assignments, etc.
- Develop new applications as scope and requirements dictate.
- Enhance existing applications as defined by business requirements.
- Create documentation for applications and interfaces.
- Train staff on applications as needed.
