• Job Description:
• We are looking for an individual(s) to create a web application to handle Prior Period Adjustments. The following are specific skills we are looking for:

• Database
• Must be able to create PL SQL packages, procedures, functions, views, and tables in an Oracle database environment (19c or greater).
• Must have 5 to 7 years of programming experience associated with Banner HR/Payroll/Finance modules of Ellucian Banner.
• Must have an understanding of how EPAF’s in the Banner HR Self Service environment work, the table structure underneath the module, and administrative forms associated with approvals.
• Must have a good understanding of the Banner Time Entry and Leave Report modules, the table structure underneath them, and how the approval process works with those modules.
• Must understand and have experience in how Banner HR data interfaces to finance.
• Must understand and have experience in how the PAYROLL and POSNCTL schemas interact with each other.
• Must understand tables and processes associated with Employment, Benefits, Deductions and Payroll processing.
• Must have a good understanding of the flow of the Finance Claims and Check processes.
• Must understand how to find and utilize Banner delivered API’s that interact with the back-end tables.

• Scripting
• Must understand BASH scripting

• Web Development
• Must have 3–5 years’ experience in web application development using PHP.
• Must have knowledge and understanding of MVC architecture.
• Must have experience in creating mock-ups.
• Must have experience coding for ADA accessibility standards (WICA II, or Section 508).

• Communication
• Requires good written and verbal communication skills (must speak and write English fluently and be understood)
