Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, and a keen eye for detail.
You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that adhere to our branding guidelines as outlined in our standard operating procedure document.
Additionally, you will produce engaging social media content to enhance our brand's online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Photoshop files to create and edit designs in line with our branding standards.
Develop visual content for various marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and print advertisements.
Design and produce engaging social media content to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
Maintain and update our brand's visual assets library.
Follow our branding standard operating procedure document to ensure all designs meet the company's aesthetic and quality standards.
Provide creative input and suggest design improvements to enhance overall visual appeal and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite tools is a plus.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous work.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Experience in creating social media content that drives engagement and aligns with brand messaging.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
