Warehouse Supervisor
Job Description
Top Patch is a revolutionary Synthetic Pavement Repair Product. We manufacture (mix) Top Patch at our warehouse facility near Hard Rock Casino. We are a start-up, and growing company, supplying a unique product to some very familiar companies. Position requires precisely following recipes to properly mix the ingredients, as well as warehouse stocking work, with forklift and by hand.
Precision measuring and mixing techniques will be taught if the right candidate does not already have these skills, equipment must be maintained. Each day work varies, based upon current stock levels, current orders, and general maintenance of the facility.
Manufacturing products, ensuring the timely and efficient flow of quality products, this is not a boring position. When the right candidate demonstrates thorough understanding of all the tasks, the position will also include supervision and training other warehouse staff, including ensuring employees understand and follow Manufacturing Standards and Procedures during the production.
Current, valid driver’s license in good standing & Forklift Certification Must be willing to sign non-compete / non-disclosure form if hired
Experience level:
Light computer experience with receiving orders via email
Batch sizing calculations utilizing Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheets
Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 + pounds without assistance. Stand and / or walk for prolonged periods of time. Follows policies and procedures and able to work independently majority of the day.
Work Environment: Medium level noise, Mechanical Hazards, Moving Objects
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with some or most of the above listed skills, with accurate measuring skills (or ability to learn), and a desire to grow with a company that manufactures a unique product.

- Must interface with Management regarding technical and repair issues. maintaining production equipment in good working order
- Must be able to measure properly and convert cups, liters, grams, pounds, kilos etc. for creating and maintaining our product to the perfect standard.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels throughout the organization are required.

Experience level:
- 2 years with Chemical handling and or mixing (Required)
- Forklift: 2 years (Required)
- Warehouse experience: 2 years (Required)
- Warehouse distribution: 2 years (Required)

- Day shift, 2nd or 3rd shift may be added in future
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends rarely at this point
