OPSWAT is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Cross Domain Solutions to lead the product line roadmap and go-to-market strategy for our Cross Domain Product line. As the VP of Cross Domain Solutions, you will be responsible for managing the product team and driving the successful delivery of the product roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the global Cross Domain market space, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Additionally, the candidate should possess expertise in CDS solutions such as Transfer Functions, Access Functions, and Data Diodes, and their applications in the market. The successful candidate will be viewed as the CDS SME and the internal and external champion for this Product Line.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Define a comprehensive strategy for positioning OPSWAT's products and technologies in the global Cross Domain markets.
  • Develop a product line roadmap that meets the required functionality and compliance requirements set by government agencies worldwide.
  • Lead the Product Management and Product Development teams in executing the product roadmap.
  • Serve as the primary business development resource to support customer engagements.
  • Participate in industry events, showcasing product capabilities and sharing insights on technology and market trends.
  • Conduct customer presentations and collaborate with the sales team to translate customer requirements into product deliverables.
  • Support sales efforts by addressing RFPs and contributing to proposal development
  • Actively participate in defining M&A strategies and establishing strategic partnerships to enhance the product line's technology and market presence.
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of government agency security guidelines, including the U.S. NCDSMO Raise-the-Bar initiative and guidelines from other allied nations globally.
  • Familiarity with GOTS and COTS CDS technologies on the NCDSMO-approved products list.


What We Need From You

  • US Citizenship with prior or current security clearances; ability to obtain TS clearance - bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
  • 15+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cybersecurity in the Government and critical infrastructure markets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Previous experience with GOTS/COTS CDS technologies on the NCDSMO-approved products list.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing engineering and product management teams.
  • Ability to architect, design, and coordinate the development and implementation of product features.
  • Proficiency in defining and implementing organizational policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
