VP, Operations & Product Development

About the role:

• You’ll be a key member of the leadership team, help the company hit its ambitious growth targets, and report to the CEO
• Oversee all major product development and supply chain activities: product development, testing/compliance, sourcing, supply chain management, vendor management, warehousing, distribution, and product launch handoffs to sales / marketing
• Build a scalable and sustainable supply chain to support the growth of the business into new products, new channels and new geographies

Ideal Candidate:

• 7+ years of experience in Product / Ops at a product-led company or
• 7+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting / investment bank / PE firm
• Expertise in product and project management with analytical approach to evaluation new opportunities
• Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple external and internal stakeholders
• Demonstrated track record of successfully executing innovative product roadmaps
