What’s the position?

The Vice President of Operations Development will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of initiatives to optimize operational performance, improve processes, and drive business efficiency. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational improvement and innovation, driving organizational excellence and sustainable growth.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team that will focus on not only initiatives and optimization but also work force management, operations capacity and budget planning, Salesforce development / administration and business intelligence.


What are we looking for?

  • Develop and execute the company's operations development strategy, aligned with business objectives and priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational improvement, process optimization, and cost reduction.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of operational processes, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics and targets to measure the effectiveness of operational improvement initiatives and drive accountability.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to leverage automation, data analytics, and digital technologies to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and improve decision-making.
  • Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new processes and systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and operational teams, to drive consensus and support for operational improvement initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in operations management, and incorporate them into our operations development strategy.
  • Lead the workforce planning process, including forecasting, budget planning, scheduling, capacity planning, and resource allocation, to ensure optimal staffing levels and efficient utilization of resources.


This role presents a unique opportunity to lead the Customer Operations development and change functions within a dynamic and highly regulated environment. You will support Customer Operations efforts to grow efficiently and sustainably, building the foundation while leveraging technology, analytics and planning to support decision making and solutions. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for service delivery, we invite you to join our team and make a meaningful impact on our business. 2 – 4 years Senior Management experience in Online Gaming a distinct advantage; proven experience at Director / VP a must.
