The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and visionary VP of Business Development (Ecommerce) to lead our expansion into the exciting world of ecommerce. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy, building strategic partnerships, and driving significant revenue growth for PrimeSync within the ecommerce sector.

Who You Are

  • Ecommerce Rockstar: You possess a deep understanding of the ecommerce landscape, including customer journey pain points, emerging trends (headless commerce, social commerce), and the impact of technologies like voice search. Familiarity with major ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) is a plus.
  • BPO & CX Champion: You have a strong grasp of CX BPO services and can clearly articulate the value proposition of our offerings. You understand how our BPO solutions can specifically address ecommerce customer experience challenges.
  • Sales Savvy: You have a proven track record of success in BPO, CX, or a related field, with a demonstrable ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships.
  • Communication Virtuoso: You are an exceptional communicator, able to present complex information in a clear and compelling way. You can inspire and motivate teams and effectively negotiate with clients.
  • Startup Enthusiast: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are energized by the challenges and opportunities that come with building a startup.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the ecommerce sector, setting ambitious growth goals and clear action plans.
  • Identify and qualify high-potential ecommerce companies as target clients.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers in the ecommerce industry.
  • Craft compelling sales presentations that highlight the ROI of PrimeSync's CX BPO solutions for ecommerce businesses.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of business development professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, account management) to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth within the ecommerce space.
