VP Mortgage Loan Administration
The VP of Mortgage Loan Administration is responsible for overseeing the servicing of mortgage loans, including Escrow Administration and customer support.

- Up to 5% Out of Town Required
- Manages a team of up to 5 supervisors ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements including, but not limited to, requirements over Mortgage Insurance; hazard/flood insurance monitoring and disbursements; tax monitoring and disbursements; and escrow analysis. Also responsible for customer support functions (account updates, credit bureau reporting, document request fulfillment, etc.)
- Create and maintain systems and processes needed to ensure loans are serviced in compliance with federal, state, agency, and GSE requirements
- Develop, implement, and maintain process maps and P&Ps to ensure effective execution of all responsibilities reflective of necessary changes in process and the associated supporting technology
- Develop, implement, and maintain First Line of Defense controls (including QC and KPIs), periodically report on compliance with those metrics
- Continually improve the loan administration functions, directing projects and investigating and resolving gaps in functionality
- Ensure departmental training is completed as required, manage productivity and effectiveness, and ensure timely evaluation of team member performance
- Fully assess new processes (UAT/Regression/Post implementation testing) to ensure the processes and technology are effective and appropriately optimized
- Contribute to the development of internal and client-facing documentation related to areas of responsibility
- Perform other job duties as assigned
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the mortgage industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Escrow Administration
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in management
- Have proficient knowledge of federal regulations, state laws, and GSE requirements
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to exercise prudent judgment to prioritize a complex workload with time-sensitive deadlines
- Experience in workflow management and KPI reporting
- Experience with First Line of Defense control implementation
- Time and Organizational management a must
- Results-oriented and able to adapt and be comfortable with change based on the business needs
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in addition to verbal/written communication
- Ability to work through stressful situations professionally
- Must display Personal Accountability
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable in actively participating in a team environment
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
