VP, Head of Product

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced VP, Head of Product to spearhead the development and implementation of our AI-based collaboration and workflow automation solution. As a key member of our leadership team, this individual will play a pivotal role in driving product strategy, building a product, design org and customer success org from scratch, and ensuring user needs are well understood and communicated across the org and at the forefront of leadership decision making. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in building AI-driven products, a proven track record of team leadership, and experience in early stage product and company development. Experience with B2B software, complex integrations and workflow automation solutions is a benefit.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI-based collaboration and workflow automation solution.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, sales and marketing to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
• Define key metrics for product success and track performance against goals, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor a high-performing product and design team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and market leadership.
• Champion a user-centric approach to product development, conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, and iterating on features to enhance user experiences.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
• Act as a spokesperson for the product both internally and externally, representing our vision, values, and capabilities to stakeholders, customers, and partners.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on building AI-driven products in the technology or proptech industry.
• 0-1 or “build” experience of a new product/business even if in larger organization
• Proven track record of successfully leading product and design teams and delivering innovative, market-leading solutions from concept to launch.
• Deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly products and features.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and prioritize initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, and develop top talent, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
