VP, Global Partners and Alliances

Zimperium is looking for a dynamic VP, Global Strategic Partnerships and Alliances who has proven experience driving the development and execution of strategic partner relationships. Our organization has a partner-centric GTM motion and relationships across all partner types, including our strategic OEM Partnerships , Value Added Resellers, Technical Partners and development of targeted MSSPs, and System Integrators. This role is a highly visible and critical role that will help drive growth by leveraging the partner ecosystem to scale the business and accelerate growth. It is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the growth and success of our customers, our partner ecosystem, and ZImperium.

This position will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and will have full GTM ownership and accountability for driving bookings and revenue with our strategic partnerships and alliances. The successful candidates must have proven experience in working collaboratively across executive management, field sales organizations, product development, and business practices.

The ideal candidate is passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving abilities. Additionally, they have superb communication and project management skills, communicate progress and results both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way. They possess an extensive background in owning, defining, and executing strategic direction of alliances with partners.

The VP, Global Partnerships and Alliances will be responsible for:

  • Aligning strategic partnerships and alliances to a common goal
  • Building relationships with external and internal stakeholders (partners/alliances and executive leadership)
  • Building, defining, enablement and execution of a results driven business plan with our defined strategic partners


This individual should be a self-starter, with demonstrated ability to think strategically about new business models, solution selling, and technical challenges to help build and convey compelling value propositions for our partners and joint customers. The candidate should also have a proven track record of influencing innovation through a partner ecosystem with prior solutions and program successes. This is a global role and requires a global perspective, so international travel experience is desirable.

Day to Day

  • Work closely with Zimperium’s Corporate Development leader to execute GTM motions of customer facing, and mutually beneficial technology
  • Build, maintain and drive relationships with Strategic partners which will involve global travel to various partner sites
  • Measure and Inspect Partners and Team Members against key metrics for success against the broader Partner mission
  • Lead the team and help build offerings that emerge as GTM plays for the Partner Alliance Managers to execute upon
  • Hold QBR and Annual Reviews of key partners
  • Work closely with our Global Sales Chief of Staff to ensure clear reporting and measurement


Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Openness and ability to travel globally, up to 50% of the time
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable
  • Ability to determine strategy and tactical plans that deliver tangible results
  • Track record of overachieving sales revenue and customer success results
  • Experience managing large and complex global partner ecosystems with a proven understanding of the various business models, trends, and market pressures associated with the systems integrator's community
  • 15+ years in partner management for a global and emerging technology company
  • In-depth knowledge of the security and SaaS industry
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
  • Proven ability to partner with a wide variety of senior-level individuals including top-level business leaders and customers
  • Strong intuition for business, and experience with large, complex organizations during periods of rapid growth and change
  • Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy
