Summary:

Join PacerPro as a key member of our product leadership team, guiding the development and strategy of our Case Data Workflow platform. In this role, you will drive the evolution of our products, which enhance the way legal professionals access and manage federal and State court records and documents. Your work will directly impact our mission to streamline legal processes and improve operational efficiencies for our clients.

As VP of Product, you will be instrumental in leading our product development efforts, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving innovation that keeps PacerPro at the forefront of the legal tech industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Player-coach able to lead and inspire a small team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance. Responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring team members to ensure they are positioned for success
  • Execution: Execute on an ambitious product plan for 2024. Help craft and articulate a comprehensive vision for PacerPro’s product offerings. Develop and implement strategies to expand our market presence, enhance user engagement, and introduce new features that meet the evolving needs of legal professionals
  • Market analysis and pricing: experience analyzing market opportunity size, competitive strengths and differentiation, revenue potential, and development cost/complexity. Ability to lead pricing conversations in collaboration with finance and sales
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product development and effective go-to-market strategies. Facilitate strong communication channels to foster creativity and accelerate project timelines
  • Analysis and Insights: Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics, gather customer insights, and conduct market research to guide strategic decisions and product enhancements
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and relevant


About You:

  • Results oriented, deadline driven, clear communicator focused on getting projects that help customers built and deployed
  • Extensive experience in product management, preferably in a technology-focused role. Legal or document management sectors a plus, but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to lead product teams and drive product vision and strategy
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform product decisions
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and collaborating effectively with senior management
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling innovative products in a fast-paced environment

What You Will Find Here:

  • Remote. This position is fully remote
  • Competitive Compensation: The expected base salary range for this role is $175,000 - $225,000, complemented by options. You will manage four products
