VP Credit Analyst - Structured Credit

I've partnered up with a global trust bank looking for a skilled Structured Credit Analyst to come in and join the team. This role will be supporting the Co-Heads of the various departments in the bank to manage the portfolio and structure deals. This role is an individual contributor opportunity with a chance to manage a team of analysts.

****This is a Hybrid role 2 days a week in Midtown, NY****

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams to formulate and implement business plans to achieve the bank's goals.
• Assist in managing department operations and employees.
• Provide guidance and knowledge on investment guidelines.
• Handle the structuring and negotiation of deals.
• Manage the Structured Products portfolio.

Knowledge and Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in lending or portfolio management.
• Experienced working with Structured Credit Products (High Yield, CLOs, Fund Finance, etc.)
• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Extensive experience building roadmaps to achieve business plan goals.
• Strong knowledge in fund finance, HYL, CLO, and MML.
• Ability to manage teams.
