Job Summary: VP, Account Director serves as a senior leader within the agency, responsible for providing strategic guidance, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. This role involves managing a team of account managers, strategists, and other professionals to deliver innovative solutions that meet client objectives and drive business growth.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships built on trust and mutual understanding.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, marketing goals, and challenges.


Strategic Planning:

  • Lead the development of strategic marketing plans and advertising campaigns tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to develop innovative and effective advertising concepts.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on brand positioning, messaging, and market opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in account management, advertising, or marketing, with a focus on pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
  • Proven track record of success in managing client relationships, developing strategic marketing plans, and delivering results-driven advertising campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
