ABOUT THE ROLE (this is not a traditional technical architect-related role) pls read detail below for a better understanding of this role:

Responsible for using the State convenience contract with Client to provide print services to *** and other interested agencies. Agency is eliminating one of their towers and have to create this service as a result.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Position is responsible for using the State
convenience contract with Client to provide print services to *** and other
interested agencies. The Role is the key
point of contact for new services, issues, inventory management, ticket
management, vendor management, and data for billing purposes. Documented
experience with print services. Understands
asset management and correlated billing processes. Ticket management experience using ServiceNow.
Vendor management experience to include SLAs, performance, billing and invoice reconciliation.
