What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Make outbound phone calls using a script on a recorded line
• Display professional telephone etiquette and communication skills
• Meet call volume and quality parameters
• Provide feedback to operations and product teams
• Collaborate with teams to improve follow-up performance
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Availability for outbound calls on Mon, Tues & Wed between 10AM - 4PM local time
• 5-10 hours per week availability
• Must provide your own computer
• Access to reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps)
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or virtual assistant roles
