We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Manager, Tax Reporting and Compliance to join our Global Custody Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, hybrid role minimally 3 days in office.

The Tax Reclaim Control team sit independently from our tax reclaim processing teams and manage reporting and governance related to Risk, Control and Business Analytics.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Support Tax Operations across a variety of initiatives.
  • Provide Control Oversight, Governance and status reporting.
  • Analyzes business functions and processes, providing analytical analysis to challenge current processes to target process improvement and reduce risk.
  • Able to think strategically. Solution problems with Client experience in mind.
  • Able to collaborate with all relevant stakeholders effectively to achieve all program objectives.
  • Able to actively remove blockers, present solutions to functional problems and program obstacles.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelors degree in a business discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience and 0-1 years of management experience preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple groups and locations in a matrixed organization is required.
  • Innovative mindset with process improvement experience required.
  • Tax or Income knowledge, education, and/or experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of JIRA, user story creation, and business requirements documentation is preferred.
  • Prior experience with data and/or business analysis and/or project management is preferred.
  • Leadership experience preferred (minimally 2 years)
  • Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
