What will you be doing?
Responsible for the day to day operations of residential and commercial properties, including tenant relations, lease management, and maintenance.
Ensures the successful implementation of housing programs and building projects, as well as fleet management
Work with President & CEO to identify, plan, and capital stack development for housing and/or facility development.
Responsible for ensuring that properties assets are well-maintained and financially optimized.
Manages HUD,IHDA and other audits/compliance monitoring.
Supervise Maintenance Department to ensure properties are well-maintained and necessary repairs are promptly addressed.
Oversee the financial performance of the properties, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue generation
Five or more years of progressive leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, property management or a related field required
