Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Technology to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology management, strategic planning, and team leadership, with a proven track record of driving innovation and delivering high-impact technology solutions.

MUST HAVE :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to think tactically and translate business objectives into technology initiatives.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
• Proven ability to navigate complex technology landscapes and align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Ability to conduct in-depth technical analysis and research.
• Effective communication skills to translate complex documents and technical matters to stakeholders and non-technical staff.
• Strong consulting skills, offering solutions to improve technological challenges and future needs.
• Accomplished collaborative leader with demonstrated results in leading a high-performing team and mentoring and developing associates.
• Acts with a sense of urgency and diligence to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success and experience in planning and implementation of technology projects.
• Experience in business process improvement, technology management, and operational support and planning.
• Demonstrated skills in critical thinking, negotiation, meeting facilitation, and relationship building.
• Fiscally responsible, experienced in managing an IT budget.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Healthcare staffing industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of industry-leading technologies such as Target Recruit and Bullhorn.
