Position Summary:

As the Vice President of Sales, you will be at the helm of our sales endeavors, driving our strategy to meet and exceed sales targets while fostering a top-notch sales team. Your role is pivotal in steering our company towards revenue growth and market dominance through strategic client relationships and insights-driven sales optimization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute a dynamic sales strategy to propel revenue growth and expand market presence, overseeing direct sales, sales operations, and customer success.
  • Utilize data-driven methods to achieve precise sales targets and forecast revenue accurately.
  • Establish an efficient sales process that adeptly qualifies deals and minimizes deal closure time through automation.
  • Cultivate and nurture strategic client relationships to bolster our market position and facilitate long-term growth.
  • Foster a culture of high performance and data-driven decision-making within the sales team, guiding and inspiring professional growth among team members.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements to make well-informed strategic choices.
  • Provide insightful live reports on sales performance, activities, and metrics to inform executive decisions and engage key stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience, ideally in AI, BI, or statistics.
  • Background in technology or SaaS sectors is essential.
  • Experience as a Product Leader is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven forecasting.
  • Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies in high-growth environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with a knack for motivating and nurturing high-performing teams.
  • In-depth understanding of complex sales cycles, particularly in AI and BI solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
