• Salary: $170k-$190k + 40% bonus
• Schedule: Monday- Friday (on-site & travel)

Position Summary: As the Vice President of Consumer Products, you will lead our industry vertical in the United States, driving profitable growth. This role encompasses ownership of the consumer products vertical, including fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and sports segments. Your focus will be on ecommerce services, spanning order management, fulfillment, transportation, financial services, and customer care. Additionally, you will oversee P&L, annual budget planning and execution, and collaborate closely with the operations team to enhance productivity and profitability. This role includes responsibilities such as staffing, vendor relations, and process improvement, overseeing one or more large fulfillment facilities.

• Foster seamless communication among internal departments.
• Provide leadership and direction to operations functions in alignment with company goals.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Business (or equivalent experience); MBA, M.S., MD, or Ph.D. preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of business and P&L ownership experience, including executive sales roles.
• Previous experience in 3PL and managing ecommerce direct-to-consumer fulfillment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience managing large teams and working in a global matrix structure.
