Position Overview:

As the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing the omni-channel marketing direction and strategy across various product categories, including Amazon, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), and Retail. You will report to the CMO/CEO and work closely to drive the marketing efforts at Bloom. This role will be pivotal in driving the company's growth by effectively leveraging both digital and traditional marketing channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across all product categories.
  • Lead the development of marketing plans tailored to each channel, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Quickly assess market opportunities and adapt strategies to capitalize on emerging trends and consumer preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for marketing to drive financial results and maximize ROI.
  • Stay abreast of the digital and retail landscape, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Oversee in-house influencer marketing team, digital marketing efforts, retail marketing initiatives, TV advertising, and other traditional marketing channels.
  • Drive continuous improvement through performance measurement, analysis, and optimization of marketing activities.
  • Source, partner and manage media agency relationships


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, with at least 6 years of experience in omni-channel marketing management.
  • Strong understanding of profit and loss statements and the ability to articulate how marketing efforts impact financial performance.
  • Deep knowledge of the digital and retail landscape, including emerging trends and best practices.
  • Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, retail marketing, TV advertising, and other traditional marketing channels.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Highly analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Execution-oriented with a bias for action and a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ideally have vast experience in the CPG industry
