Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate institution
Demonstrated fundraising / capital raising experience within the commercial real estate sector
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships
Experience raising capital from institutional investors for closed-end CRE funds
Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
