We are committed to growing your career, so in this role you will:

• Responsible for managing the Insurance Compliance Team within loan Administration.
• Implement processes and procedures to effectively service commercial loans to meet investor and agency guidelines.
• Mange third party vendors to enhance productivity and workflow which includes negotiating and implementing service contracts.
• Establish and maintain department key indicators to measure productivity and servicing levels.
• Coordinate with Global Servicing peers to effectively meet service level requirements on a worldwide basis.
• Manage process change across business lines domestically and international.
• Coordinate and administer special projects to enhance productivity and mitigate risk within the respective unit.
• Must be able to lead and provide support to approximately 50 plus employees.
• Must be able to provide support and guidance to the staff to resolve insurance compliance discrepancies and borrower inquiries.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and identify the training needs of each individual
• Responsible for the selection and recruitment of staff for the unit.
• Manage monthly reporting to outside investors
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by Management.
• Must be able to work and contribute in a team environment.
  
  

We are passionate about your growth, so to achieve success in this role you should have:

• 5+ years experience in a Sr. Leadership role in insurance or commercial/residential servicing, preferably in escrow administration.
• Must have an understanding of mortgage documentation to include disbursing funds, servicing highly complex loans, legal documentation, and servicing agreements.
• Knowledge of Commercial Real estate investors, inclusive of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and CBMS.
• Familiarity with or aptitude to work with loan servicing software such as McKracken/ Strategy
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, Outlook is required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
