Our client is a blue chip private credit investment firm seeking a vice president-level fundraising strategist to work closely with the capital formation team and report directly to the head of capital formation.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with various capital formation team members to support their marketing efforts
Advise the capital formation team on market trends, investor preferences, and regulatory changes to inform capital formation strategy
Assist in management reporting needs
Organize and execute the firm's AGM, investor days, etc. and track the IR events and conference calendar
Maintain a strong understanding of the firm's product platform
Requirements:
5-7+ years of previous experience within investor relations/fundraising/capital formation strategy
Prior experience with private credit required
Experience with institutional and private wealth investors a plus
