Position: Vice President-Field Consultant (VP-FC)

Reports To: Senior Vice President, Field Operations

Location: Remote

Responsibilities & Key Duties:

The Vice President-Field Consultant (VP-FC) is responsible for the operations of multiple locations (offices) and provides strategic consulting to our franchisees (Strategic-Partners) and their teams. The VP-FC drives top-line (sales) and gross profit (profit) performance within the assigned office group and supports PrideStaff's financial and strategic objectives by effectively working with Strategic-Partners (S-P). 


This includes the following responsibilities:


  • Collaborate on strategic goals, values, and company mission: “Consistently Provide Client experiences focused on what they value most.”
  • Focuses on “Core business,” Light Industrial and Clerical/Administrative
  • Maximizing S-P operating performance & helping to achieve the company's financial goals
  • Hold assigned offices accountable for meeting or exceeding performance expectations by clearly communicating what is expected, empowering them with the necessary tools, training, and resources, delivering positive and constructive feedback at the moment, and providing corrective action as needed.
  • Maintain regular and balanced time with S-Ps, office teams, home office associates, clients and employees within assigned office group.
  • Working with multiple locations (approx. 15-20+) across the U.S. focused on Client Acquisition & Recruiting.
  • Assisting in marketing specific areas to maintain and grow existing and new markets
  • Collaborate with S-Ps in building a strong sales “client” funnel
  • Work with the S-P regarding creating & strengthening client relationships
  • Ensure each office has a strong and successful sales effort by hiring, training, developing, and coaching on successful operations and sales practices.
  • Develop Recruiting strategies for clients and the office
  • Work with S-Ps concerning Full-cycle recruiting
  • Ensure recruiting and service operations meet 100% on-time order fulfillment.
  • Use Analytical thinking for clients and S-Ps to evaluate the best “ROI.”
  • Work with S-Ps concerning their internal operations
  • Working closely with S-Ps on Operating Expenses as they relate to an office’s sales revenue
  • Create business plans
  • Work with the S-P in the use of an Office Proforma
  • Collaborate with the S-P in regards to internal staff hiring and training
  • Maximize the S-P's understanding and usage of PrideStaff’s Technology Stack
  • Collaborates with the Vice President of PSF /GAR in identifying qualified offices that could benefit from adding a specialty brand. 
  • Collaborates with the Vice President of PSF / GAR to create a proper mix of business
  • Direct activities related to improving results and achieving growth goals.
  • Ensure all offices in the assigned office group comply with company policies and applicable government regulations.
  • Frequent travel to field offices, corporate, and/or conferences
  • Perform other duties as required.


Required Skills & Abilities:

  • P/L responsibility
  • Multi-Unit/Market Management Experience
  • High level of Integrity, Trust, Reliability, Respect, Innovation & Pride       
  • Innovative with strong leadership and managerial skills      
  • Motivational, well-spoken public speaker, confident and goal-oriented
  • Staffing Industry Experience
  • Experience with Human Resources software and Candidate Management Systems
  • Access to a major metropolitan airport      
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license is required for this role to travel between offices and prospect/client locations.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time


Preferred Education & Experience:    

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or related field
  • Min 10 years experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisitions
  • Min 5 years experience in a managerial role
  • Franchise Staffing Experience
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate proactively, and resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.
