User Interface Designer UI/UX

SYVO, a leading fashion tech company, is seeking a talented UI Graphic Designer to join our growing team. We design and build user-friendly websites specifically for e-commerce and retail clients using Figma, Sketch, and the Adobe Suite. You'll play a vital role in crafting the digital storefronts that will help our clients thrive.

About the Role

As a UI Graphic Designer at SYVO, you'll wear two hats: creative visionary and client collaborator. You'll meet directly with e-commerce and retail clients to understand their needs, translate their vision into initial design concepts, and then iterate on those concepts until we land on a user experience that drives sales and brand engagement. You'll then collaborate closely with our UX designers and developers to ensure a seamless design and development process, bringing those concepts to life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings to gather requirements, understand brand vision, and translate client needs into design concepts for e-commerce and retail websites
• Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to refine initial design concepts into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
• Design user interfaces for various e-commerce functionalities, including product pages, shopping carts, and checkout flows
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly UI elements that optimize product discovery and conversion rates
• Stay on top of current UI design trends and best practices in the e-commerce space
• Maintain a strong understanding of responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experience across all devices

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a UI Graphic Designer with a focus on e-commerce or retail website design
• Proven portfolio showcasing a strong ability to design user-friendly and visually captivating e-commerce interfaces
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
• In-depth knowledge of design principles (typography, color theory, layout)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively translate client vision into design concepts
• Strong presentation skills to confidently showcase design ideas to clients
