SCOPE:

As a Regional Retail Operations, you will be responsible for supporting the retail stores across Boutiques and Outlets. This role requires strong collaboration with Store leaders and travel as you support the sales process, tools and applications, operations, and more. Your job is to be as Retail Operations Manager is to solve every problem and create a better customer and employee experience. This role reports to the Vice President of Retail.


RESPONSIBILITY:

Operations:

  • Proactively partner with stores to ensure consistent operational excellence is maintained
  • Manage the rule, not the exceptions, to be a champion for retail operational excellence and channel wide solutions as it relates to sales processes, tools and applications, and more
  • Oversee inventory execution across all Boutiques and Outlets
  • Responsible for the overall achievement of ETRO US Inventory results
  • Oversee and ensure stores execute cycle counts, NOH rectification, EOS, and all operational efficiencies and met
  • Update store concept plans, maps, and design for awareness
  • Actively participate in New Store opening, renovation, and refurbishment plans
  • Proactively create clear responsibilities to standardize processes and measure results
  • Oversee all store training on operations, policies and procedures
  • Consistently update policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and financial requirements are met
  • Partner with Stakeholders to ensure timely resolution on all store concerns
  • Coach and develop the teams, building a culture that promotes a positive open team environment through listening, and proactively addressing problems and opportunities
  • Oversee, schedule, coordinate, and resolve all maintenance concerns in the Boutiques and Corporate
  • Maintain an ongoing list of vendors, contractors and technicians to support any maintenance, facilities and store operational concerns
  • Provide technical assistance to the retail stores in-person, via Outlook, Microsoft Teams and other communication platforms
  • Consistent audit of Boutiques and the Office environment to ensure ongoing maintenance and facilities
  • Oversee IT concerns, partner with HQ to resolve and manage any ongoing issues
  • Additional responsibilities as requested

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Education & Experience

  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Long-standing experience in the luxury sector and knowledge of industry-specific dynamics
  • Experience in team management with a similar role


Specific Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team working skills
  • Must have strong project management skills and be able to partner with teams across the organization to drive projects forward
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented, but also thin strategically with long term objectives  Client mind-set and passion for understanding drivers of client behavior
  • Strong computer skills necessary (All Microsoft office programs)
