Grocery General Manager Requirements

• 4 years in GM or Director role, with Food Market or high-volume Retail experience in Palm Desert
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proven track record in team leadership and operational excellence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Financial acumen for budgeting and cost management
  
  

Grocery General Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee all grocery store operations: sales, merchandising, inventory, and customer service
• Develop strategies for sales growth, market share, and financial targets
• Build and lead a strong team, ensuring training, scheduling, and performance management
• Analyze KPIs to drive improvements
