Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements.
Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate designs.
Create design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and practices within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability principles.
Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping purposes.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile design patterns.
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
Experience conducting user interviews and usability studies.
