Responsibilities
End-to-End Design Leadership: Drive the entire design process for major platform products, from initial concept through final implementation. Oversee the user experience post-launch, ensuring continuous improvement based on user feedback and performance metrics. Lead cross-functional teams to bring cohesive and innovative products to life
Brand and Style Guide Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive style and components guide that embodies the Definitive brand. Ensure all platform elements adhere to these guidelines, creating a consistent and recognizable visual identity that enhances user trust and brand loyalty
Web3 User Experience Mastery: Deeply understand the unique aspects of decentralized application (dApp) design and interactions. Aim to bridge the gap between decentralized finance (DeFi) and centralized finance (CeFi) experiences, making complex web3 functionalities accessible and user-friendly for a mainstream audience
Iterative Design Prototyping: Manage the design validation process meticulously—from conducting user interviews to developing wireframes and crafting high-fidelity mockups. Use iterative design techniques to refine products based on real user data, ensuring the final designs are both intuitive and effective
Marketing Material Creation: Craft high-quality, engaging marketing materials that effectively convey the uniqueness of Definitive's brand in the onchain trading space. Design a range of assets, including graphics, videos, and interactive elements for digital campaigns and social media, to maximize brand engagement and user acquisition

Requirements

Prior UX/UI Design in the web3 space
