The treatment coordinator brings a natural enthusiasm to the role by focusing on connecting with patients, uncovering values and needs and finding the path to the patients' end goal for treatment. The skills most necessary for the position are a sense of openness and curiosity as well as a desire for growth and improvement in skill set.
Primary Objectives:
Build authentic and meaningful patient relationships
Assist patients in obtaining necessary records, x-rays, and scans for diagnostic purposes, as well as filing to insurance
Represent the values and vision of GCO
Facilitate growth for the practice through continued training and education on better communication and connection tools for implementation
Radiology certification in the state of Tennessee, preferred
Treatment Coordinator experience, preferred
Bilingual, preferred
