Treatment Coordinator

Job Description

The Treatment Coordinator strives to be our shining, positive, professional relationship builder who assists patients in the initial process of getting the smile they have always wanted.

The treatment coordinator brings a natural enthusiasm to the role by focusing on connecting with patients, uncovering values and needs and finding the path to the patients' end goal for treatment. The skills most necessary for the position are a sense of openness and curiosity as well as a desire for growth and improvement in skill set.

Primary Objectives:

  • Build authentic and meaningful patient relationships
  • Assist patients in obtaining necessary records, x-rays, and scans for diagnostic purposes, as well as filing to insurance
  • Represent the values and vision of GCO
  • Facilitate growth for the practice through continued training and education on better communication and connection tools for implementation

Education & Experience:

  • Valid Tennessee Registered Dental Assistant License, preferred
  • Radiology certification in the state of Tennessee, preferred
  • Treatment Coordinator experience, preferred
  • Bilingual, preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
