Primary Function/General Purpose Of Position
The Treasury Analyst, in support of the Treasury Cash and Debt Management teams, is responsible for supporting day-to-day functions within Treasury, including, but not limited to, periodic disbursements out of Treasury, assisting the merchant services team with operational needs from various areas of the business, and collecting, interpreting, and identifying trends in data. The role will require the development of standard and ad hoc data reports to be used in reporting, performance improvement activities, and other Treasury operational reports.
Essential Job Functions
Licensing/Certification
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred
Education
4 Year Bachelor’s degree required, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent
Work Experience
3 years minimum work experience in a business-related field required
2 years’ experience performing data analysis using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) or similar spreadsheet application required
Healthcare Finance Experience Preferred
Workday, Treasury Workstation, Hyperion, and Strata experience preferred
Treasury Experience Preferred

The role will require the development of standard and ad hoc data reports to be used in reporting, performance improvement activities, and other Treasury operational reports.
Essential Job Functions
- Assists with the preparation and analytical review of periodic Treasury reporting for distribution within and outside of Treasury
- Processes wires and ACH disbursements out of Treasury and assists in managing bank portal access as requests are received
- Completes identified daily and ad-hoc requests of the Merchant Services program & working cross-functionally to fulfill those requests
- Supports collection of audit requests for interim and full-year financial audit across all areas of the Treasury department
- Assists with month end procedures, including, but not limited to, debt journal entries and reconciliation
- Collects, interprets, and identifies trends in data through understanding of the capital markets and Treasury liquidity functions
- Develops standard and ad hoc reports
- Examines historical and projected financial data to provide valuable data upon which to make relevant financial decisions (including budget and forecast)
- Serves as a back-up to the cash and debt teams providing operational support when needed to run the cash and debt operations functions within Treasury
- Assists in utilization of the Treasury Workstation for cash and debt reporting functions
- Assists with the process of tax-exempt asset compliance
