Key Responsibilities

Cash Management:

• Facilitate efficient daily wire and book transfers through various online banking platforms with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform comprehensive cash flow analyses and generate insightful reports on our financial activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Manage the opening and closing of bank accounts as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to oversee incoming financial transactions, including wires, deposits, and checks.
• Contribute to special projects aimed at optimizing our financial operations.
  
  

General Responsibilities

• Support the Treasury Manager in monitoring cash activity and ensuring adherence to financial deadlines.
• Foster effective communication with banking institutions to maintain strong relationships.
• Assist in reconciling company accounts to uphold financial integrity.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or treasury management.
• Strong multitasking abilities, with a knack for prioritization and flexibility in meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attentive to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  
  

Additional Details

This is a direct hire position offering hybrid/remote work flexibility.

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
