Trademark Attorney - Part Time

Our Trademark practice is seeking a part time lawyer (50% FTE) who has five to seven years of post-JD experience (excluding judicial clerkships). Clients in need of trademark protection depend on our skilled litigators and IP lawyers with a proven record of success. Clients seek our help with the strategic selection, registration, management, enforcement and defense of trademark, trade dress and domain name rights—often their most valuable assets. Local and global brands rely on us to protect them from infringement and dilution by guarding their assets from competitors who aim to weaken their names. This position can sit in any of our domestic offices.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in all aspects of brand protection practice, with an emphasis on United States and international trademark selection, prosecution, maintenance, licensing, and oppositions.

Juris Doctor

Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.

Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Please note that this role is not a fully remote position. Candidates must be willing to work in one of our US offices located in Boston, Dayton, OH, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Palo Alto, or Washington, DC.

Salary

$80,000-110,000 NOTE- this salary is based on a 50%FTE
