Join our team as a TikTok Live Shopping Moderator to supercharge immediate sales. We are in search of a seasoned professional with the ability to moderate a live shopping from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Oversee the entire operational process, promptly address any unexpected issues, and continuously refine best practice.
On-Site Tech Support: Provide technical support to ensure seamless internet connectivity, synchronized audio and video, accurate product links, and correct inventory display, while working in real-time with the traffic team.
On-Site Creator Support: Timely coordinate with hosts to respond comments, update product links, arrange giveaways, and close collaboration with customer service.
Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize proprietary data to measure campaign success.
Qualifications:
A native TikTok user with shopping experience on the platform.
Experience in livestreaming operations, adept at handling unexpected issues, and mission accomplished mindset.
Proficient in English communication.
Experience in marketing or e-commerce is preferred.
