Bay FC is the first NWSL team in the Bay Area. Co-founded by four U.S. Women’s National Team legends—Brandi Chastain, Aly Wagner, Danielle Slaton, and Leslie Osborne—in partnership with global investment firm Sixth Street, Bay FC is changing the face of women’s soccer as we know it. Position Summary

Bay FC is seeking a Ticket Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is a driven, self-motivated, and passionate leader committed to developing the careers of young sales executives. The Sales Executive will be responsible for recruiting, training, developing and mentoring a team at BAFC. This full-time position reports to the Manager, Ticket Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Sell a full menu of ticket products for Bay FC via phone, email, and face-to-face presentations. Products include, but are not limited to, full and partial ticket packages, premium tickets, group tickets, and premium hospitality packages.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Make outbound sales calls each day with the goal of generating new ticket revenue.
  • Complete individual metrics set each week and maintain records of all sales prospecting and customer conversations in our CRM system.
  • Reach and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Desire to build and grow a career in sports
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while remaining organized, efficient, and calm under pressure
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Women’s soccer/NWSL knowledge a plus

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this role is between $20.00-22.00/hr, plus performance based bonuses. Actual starting pay may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience, skills, and scope.
