Test Engineer

As part of the test engineering team, the candidate will develop and support next-generation test solutions using a structured programming language and contribute to complex test engineering assignments. A high degree of technical competence is required to define and develop test methods, and test processes, and create state-of-the-art software applications for automated instrument tests. The ability to provide concise documentation is essential.

Additional responsibilities: Being active in the test engineering community, contributing to the development of test strategies, and conforming to the Quality requirements of the organization. We desire candidates who are interested in high-speed signal acquisition technologies.

Please note, this is an on-site role Mon- Fri, based in the office in Beaverton, OR

The pay range for this role is 63,000- 117,000 USD per year.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will work well in a team environment and excel in both verbal and written communication.

• BSEE or BS Physics, Computer Science, MS desired.
• Programming skills in C/C++, Python or other structured programming languages.
• Familiarity with hardware validation/verification process, electrical signal verifications and automation of verification process.
• Familiarity with National Instruments LabView and Test Stand.
• Experience with the use and understanding of test and measurement equipment.
• Capable of working through complex problems and developing solutions.
• Ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good verbal, written and listening skills.
• Exposure to Metrology, and calibration practices is desirable.
• Familiarity with a Vector Network Analyzer is desirable.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 and accreditation
