Position Overview

Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients, families, and clinical teams to develop effective treatment plans.
Regularly assess client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
Utilize active listening, trauma-informed techniques, and rapport-building skills to provide compassionate care.
Embrace diversity and work effectively with clients from various backgrounds.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain licensure requirements.
Clinical Expectations
Demonstrate an understanding of trauma-focused concepts and interventions.
Utilize a client-centered approach informed by various therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a current Maryland LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C license. We welcome therapists at all experience levels and provide tailored training and supervision to support your professional growth.
