This individual would lead a team of developers as they implement governance, risk, and compliance measures and work with third party platforms like DocuSign for Contract Life Cycle Management.
Responsibilities:
Align employees' Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance systems experience with overall strategy.
Collaborate with leaders and IT to design a tech roadmap, enhance processes, and implement new initiatives.
Provide technical leadership, promote collaboration, and drive digital transformation for strategic initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
Strong technical knowledge of Legal, Regulatory and Compliance technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of previous experience in an Application Support/Functional Consultant role.
Experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Contract Lifecycle Management systems.
Experience with API based implementation and system integrations.
Experience with Scale Agile Framework delivery methodology
