The company


A leading solution provider for subcutaneous self-injection devices. They develop advanced technology that improves therapy, and examine the requirements of therapy efficiency to evolve technology even further


Onsite requirements – 2-4 times per month in the Atlanta site


Job Description


  • Ability to understand customer needs: Translate customer needs into quotations covering development projects and commercial delivery phases in close alignment with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Customization projects: Create standard platform offerings and customization projects based on customer requirements.
  • Support ongoing projects: Cover the commercial aspects of changes to support ongoing projects and established customer relations.
  • Sales support: Lead the quoting process till deal closing with subsequent coordination of the contract negotiation and support the sales team in on-site or online negotiations.
  • Project management: Settle the won project in the organization and initiate the execution with the relevant team.


Qualifications


  • Technical degree or Engineering training or similar
  • Knowledge of medical technology and/or pharmaceutical industry in the area of drug delivery systems is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in leading development projects is an advantage.
  • Commercial understanding: ideally some commercial understanding and sales experience in B2B business.
  • International business relationships: Ideally, experience in international business relationships.
  • Multicultural matrix team structures: act as a team player with high social competence and empathy.
  • Self-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient experience in the Microsoft suite and feel comfortable using the CRM system salesforce.com
