Technical and Solution Manager hybrid

To strengthen the activities of our team, we are looking for a Technical and Solution Manager to work with our clients and contribute to developing our ERP practice in a hybrid capacity.

Your missions

Contribute / Manages a team of IS professionals/services in developing, implementing, documenting, and supporting application systems across all development platforms. Core application areas include ERP (AX), Reporting (SSRS), Middle Ware (Biztalk), Database management (SQL), and ad hoc Solutions (Powerapp …).

Manage systems run

  • Define and control change request lifecycle
  • Engage with and onboard service / IS professionals into the client's systems
  • Provide technical guidance to Functional teams in support activities
  • Monitor and alert any critical issues
  • Engage with other IS teams to support their system (specific to SQL)
  • Manage upgrade/update requirements with the user and IS community
  • Monitor Performances through the creation/update of regular KPIs
  • Participate in Business Continuity activities (DR plan and run)

Enhance systems

  • Guide Functional teams in designing solutions or solutions evolutions
  • Research and Develop new technologies (e.g., PowerApps)
  • Work on providing architecture/blueprint for new solutions
  • Implement and monitor delivery solutions (e.g., DevOps, TFS)
  • Proactively propose enhancements to IS community (e.g., Biztalk 360) to reduce the workload on recurring issues, redundant problems
  • Guide to resolving performance issues

Manage and communicate

  • Provide a comprehensive overview of system updates and performances through participation in the regular Flash Report (monthly / quarterly…)
  • Communicate proactively to different communities (Users, IS) on system evolutions (new versions, maintenance updates), interruptions
  • Manage, and Mentor IS professionals or Service providers to achieve the above goals.
  • Report and alert ERP/Back Office Director for any escalation/arbitration

Your profile

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze issues and requests and formalize a synthetic proposal on the technical changes
  • Ability to understand and implement the client's standard operating procedures
  • Ability to work individually with little supervision and in a team with other department members, users, or consultants
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to animate IS community.
