Compensation: $150k - $200k+ Depending on Experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage, oversee, and successfully execute regular tasks, such as reviewing work papers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the director is kept informed of significant updates.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations for Associates and Senior Associates to support their professional growth.
• Collaborate with team members on tax projects, fostering a cohesive working environment.
• Specialize and excel in designated fields, continuously expanding expertise.
• Identify occasions to offer supplementary services to current clientele.
• Supervise the preparation and submission of all tax documents, spanning federal, state, and local obligations.

Qualifications:

• A robust background in public accounting with at least 4 years of experience
• Advanced degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
• CPA certification
• Proven management skills with a knack for leading people
