Position Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the heart of our thriving company, collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Executive Leadership Team to make a tangible impact on the growth and development of our sales and corporate hiring.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a high-volume recruiting role
• Expertise in screening candidates and making quick, sound decisions
• Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting, particularly for sales roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping, particularly with Excel
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from screening resumes, conducting phone screens, and guiding candidates through the interview process to their first day
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding and beyond
• Collaborate with various hiring managers to understand their needs and provide tailored recruiting solutions
• Demonstrate versatility by contributing to various projects and wearing multiple hats
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to ensure a high-quality candidate experience and a smooth onboarding process
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on recruiting statistics
