About The Team The Corporate Function TA team supports Finance/Internal Audit/Corporate Development/Ethics Office/Corporate Strategy, a total of five departments. We as a team, have the courage to challenge ourselves and explore the unknown fields constantly. What You Will Do: 1. Partner closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with our people strategies. 2. Use your established networks to discover, and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talent to join our team. 3. Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing their previous experience as well as culture fit with our environment. 4. Plan and drive the recruitment process based on business requirements; including sourcing and screening candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process through to the offer stage. 5. Provide effective and insightful data and reports to influence stakeholders and improve hiring goals. 6. Provide an efficient and best-in-class experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1.At least 2 years full life-cycle hiring experience 2.Proven experience in closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
Preferred Qualifications: 1. Preferably within an in-house recruitment team 2. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills to quickly build rapport with candidates, stakeholders & colleagues, and partner effectively with all levels of the organization. 3. Ability to identify and leverage data to drive and influence decisions. 4. Passionate about providing a best-in-class candidate experience throughout our entire recruitment process. 5. Entrepreneurial and creative problem-solving ability - you'll have lots of support but often have to figure out the solution yourself, dealing with ambiguity will be key! 6. Optimistic and collaborative - we are building an awesome team and looking for someone keen to roll up their sleeves and join us as we start this exciting journey. 7. Ability to work cross-functionally & regionally across a global organization offering a dynamic & fast-paced environment.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $75810 - $165680 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
